RJF Audio Visual offers comprehensive Repairs & Servicing through our specialist workshops. To try to keep things as brief as possible, we will happily Service or Repair any equipment that falls under our general categories for retail or installation (including guitar setups). On top of this we also specialise in the service & repair of vintage hi-fi (including valve equipment), TV & video and microwave ovens

Standard terms for Repairs are a minimum charge of £40.00 which is payable in advance. This covers initial inspection costs and will usually cover most basic repairs (assuming no expensive spare parts are required). In the event of a repair becoming very expensive, we will contact you before proceeding to ensure that you are happy for us to proceed. If your equipment is beyond repair, we will even give you £20.00 back when you come and take it away…aren’t we nice?

All our repair work is guaranteed for 90 days. However, please note that this guarantee does not extend to subsequent equipment faults that are not related to previous work carried out by us.
